Dr. Jana Kohl is a psychologist and the daughter of the founder of Kohl's department store (one of my fav's). She is also an author and advocate against puppy mills.
Dr, Kohl has authored a book featuring the soon to be President, as well as many celebs, with Kohl's rescue dog 'Baby.'
It was after meeting Baby and hearing the truth about puppy mills that Obama agreed to join Kohl's efforts. As you know, Obama and family are set to adopt a dog, a "mutt" as he put it.
